LOCATION: Bechamel Studio, 16 Albert St, Northcote

An opportunity to learn the joy of making fresh pasta from cook and best-selling author Julia Busuttil Nishimura.

Together we will make semolina dough and use tools to shape the dough into a variety of pasta shapes. Some of the shapes you will learn include cavatelli, gnochetti, orecchiette, cencioni and lorighittas. We will prepare a sauce together for our pasta.

We will then sit down to share the pasta we have made together plus fresh bread, seasonal salad and dessert.

The class includes snacks on arrival, drinks, a shared meal and a seasonal tart or cake to finish. You will leave with recipe cards and any extra fresh pasta you have made.

Some things to note…

Classes are capped at 10 participants. There is a minimum number of 8 participants for the class to run. In the case that not enough tickets have been sold, the amount paid will be refunded in full.

Cancellations are accepted until one week before the class date. Any cancellations made after that day will result in the forfeiting of your money if the place cannot be filled in time. We will always do our best to fill the place or you are more than welcome to transfer your spot to a friend.
