An opportunity to learn the joy of making fresh pasta from cook and author Julia Busuttil Nishimura.
We will make two types of dough and use both machines and tools to shape the dough into a variety of pasta shapes. Some of the shapes you will learn include garganelli, sorpresini, tagliatelle, pappardelle, cavatelli, gnochetti, spizzulus, orecchiette, cencioni and lorighittas.
We will then sit down to a shared dinner and enjoy some of the pasta we have made together.
The class includes snacks on arrival, drinks, a shared dinner of the handmade pasta and a seasonal tart or cake to finish. You will leave with recipe cards and a box of some of the fresh pasta you have made.

Some things to note…
Classes are capped at 14 participants. There is a minimum number of 12 participants for the class to run. In the case that not enough tickets have been sold, you will be notified and the amount paid will be refunded in full.
Cancellations are accepted until one week before the class date. Any cancellations made after that day will result in the forfeiting of your money if the place cannot be filled in time. We will always do our best to fill the place!!
