We aim to process and dispatch all orders within one to two business days. Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow an extra 1 – 2 days for your order to be processed and dispatched during promotions and over the holiday periods.

We strongly recommend that all returns posted to OSTRO have a tracking number. OSTRO is not responsible for any returns that go missing or lost on their way to us. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A further delivery charge will be required for sending out exchanges.
We do not offer a refund for change of mind, but we do undertake to refund items if they are defective or faulty, not fit for purpose, or if they do not match our product description.

Once your items has been received, you will be emailed a store credit voucher in the form of a gift voucher to the value of the item/s within 5 business days. This voucher can be used to purchase your exchange item.
Please note that credit notes are valid for 3 years. We do not offer returns on sales items.
